Shipping and Returns
Shipment
We ship all our orders by parcel post with a Track & Trace code, so that we can offer the best possible service! The shipping costs in NL are €5.95 (incl. VAT) for letterbox packages up to 1 kg., €6.95 (incl. VAT) on orders up to 2 kg or €40, above that the shipping costs are free.
Belgium and Germany: Shipment is free for orders above €75.
Delivery
We ship via PostNL or DPD, depending on where the package is going to be sent from (our head office or warehouse). If you order and pay on working days before 12:30 pm, you will receive your order the next day, via our parcel service. You can track your order via Track & Trace. We deliver no less than six days a week, Monday to Saturday. If you order on the weekend, your order will be delivered on Tuesday.
Due to year-end closing, orders placed between December 27 and December 31 will be shipped in the first week of January.
What happens if I am not at home?
Were you not at home? Then the parcel service will deliver the packe to your neighbour or leave a card in your letter box.
Please note that orders will not be processed or delivered on holidays. In some cases it is possible that the delivery can be delayed due to circumstances on the part of the carrier.

Returns
You can register a return with us up to 14 days after receipt via info@esenol.nl, after which you have 14 days to return the order. The return shipping costs are always at your own expense.
Right of withdrawal
During the cooling-off period, the consumer will handle the product and packaging with care. He will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether he wishes to keep the product. If he makes use of his right of withdrawal, he will return the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging to the entrepreneur, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the entrepreneur.
If the consumer wishes to make use of his right of withdrawal, he is obliged to make this known to the entrepreneur within 14 days of receipt of the product. The consumer must make this known by means of the model form or by means of another means of communication, such as by e-mail. After the consumer has indicated that he wishes to make use of his right of withdrawal, the customer must return the product within the next 14 days. The consumer must prove that the delivered goods have been returned on time, for example by means of proof of shipment.
If, after expiry of the periods referred to in paragraphs 2 and 3, the customer has not indicated that he wishes to make use of his right of withdrawal resp. has not returned the product to the entrepreneur, the purchase is a fact.
If the consumer makes use of his right of withdrawal, at most the costs of return will be for his account. If the consumer has paid an amount, the entrepreneur will refund this amount (the entire order amount including shipping costs) as soon as possible, but at the latest within 14 days after cancellation. This is subject to the condition that the product has already been received back by the web retailer or conclusive proof of complete return can be submitted. Repayment will be made via the same payment method used by the consumer unless the consumer expressly gives permission for another payment method.
In the event of damage to the product due to careless handling by the consumer, the consumer is liable for any loss in value of the product.
The consumer cannot be held liable for depreciation of the product if the entrepreneur has not provided all legally required information about the right of withdrawal, this must be done before the conclusion of the purchase agreement.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:
a. that have been created by the entrepreneur in accordance with the consumer's specifications;
b. which are clearly personal in nature;
c. which by their nature cannot be returned;
d. which can spoil or age quickly;
e. the price of which is subject to fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
f. for individual newspapers and magazines;
g. for audio and video recordings and computer software of which the consumer has broken the seal.
h. for hygienic products of which the consumer has broken the seal.
