Payment options
We accept the following payment methods:

If you experience any problems during the payment process or if the payment does not go through, please check the following:
Possible reasons are,
1. You tried to change the payment method after going to your bank's payment screen (you can try again after 15 minutes ).
2. Your second order attempt was sent with an already used order number (sometimes this happens automatically, but we can correct this manually). Please contact us via info@esenol.nl and we will solve this immediately.
3. The payment has not been processed by the payment provider (Mollie) or by your bank. In this case, we recommend trying a different payment method or trying the transaction in a different browser.
If nothing works, you can also send your order to us by e-mail at info@esenol.nl. We will then confirm the order and share or bank account details with you. After your payment has been received by our bank, we will ship your order and send you a confirmation email with the track & trace code.
